Resistance to shocks and bumps

The reinforced fixed fork in combination with a polyamide wheel performs well in tough conditions. These heavy-duty fixed castors are ideal for transport carts that carry heavy goods and occasionally have to endure shock and peak loads. The fixed fork is carefully pressed and consists of a 5 mm top plate and 4 mm fork legs.

Wear-resistant and long-lasting

The polyamide wheel works excellently on flat concrete floors with little dirt. Polyurethane is better suited for dirty or rough surfaces. Polyamide is hard and offers low rolling resistance on clean, flat floors. More vibrations and noise can occur on rough surfaces. Polyamide is very wear- and impact-resistant.

Low rolling resistance

The hardness and slight convexity of the polyamide wheel ensure a small contact surface with the surface below, resulting in minimal friction. This leads to low rolling resistance and long rolling continuity. The wheels have a precision ball bearing (6204 ZZ) on both sides and are mounted stress-free.
