Resistance to shocks and bumps

The reinforced fixed caster, in combination with a robust polyurethane tire, is known as "vandal-proof" and offers optimal performance in extreme situations where robust use pushes the limits. These heavy-duty fixed casters are ideal for transport carts that are exposed to heavy goods, shock loads and peak loads. Although a castor wheel can fail in a powerful collision with a forklift truck, they continue to perform excellently in lighter collisions, on uneven surfaces and with sporadic overloading.

Wear resistance and long lifespan

The polyurethane tire is remarkably resistant to rough concrete floors where steel shavings, dust, oil and other contaminants may be present. This property is due to the hardness of polyurethane, combined with a certain elasticity, which results in minimal wear when rubbing against rough surfaces.

Low rolling resistance

Thanks to the natural properties of polyurethane, there is little friction with the surface, resulting in low rolling resistance and long-term rolling continuity. Both sides of the wheels are equipped with precision ball bearings (6204 ZZ). In contrast to similar fixed castors, we have deliberately chosen larger ball bearings to improve user-friendliness and rolling resistance.
