Resistant to shocks and bumps

The reinforced swivel fork, combined with a thick polyurethane tire, has been developed for intensive use of casters. The braked heavy-duty casters are ideal for heavily loaded transport carts that are subject to shock loads and side impacts. The swivel fork has a double hardened ball race, firmly riveted at multiple points, so that there is no play. The swivel castor has a short protruding brake that simultaneously blocks both the wheel and the swivel ring without play.

Wear-resistant and long lifespan

The polyurethane tire is highly resistant to rough concrete floors with steel shavings, dust, oil and other dirt factors. Polyurethane is relatively hard but also elastic, which means it hardly wears at all when subjected to friction and contact with rough surfaces. The reinforced 8 mm thick swivel is well lubricated and can be re-lubricated via the grease nipple. The thickened swivel is almost completely sealed and is given extra protection against dust and dirt by a red dust ring.

Low rolling resistance

Thanks to the natural properties of polyurethane, there is little friction with the surface, resulting in low rolling resistance and long rolling continuity. The wheels have a precision ball bearing (6204 ZZ) on both sides.
