This wheel has 30% less friction with the surface compared to other traditional polyurethane or rubber types. The design makes it possible to easily move heavy loads thanks to the following characteristics.

• Elastic polyurethane: The material flexes during movement, generating extra energy to extend the rolling duration.
• Bulged tread: The limited contact with the surface means that the wheels require less force to roll and swivel.

Shock resistant

The reinforced fork and thick, ergonomic polyurethane tire are specially designed for the intensive use of heavy-duty fork wheels. These wheels are ideal for heavily loaded transport carts that must withstand heavy goods, shock loads and peak loads. The fork has been precision pressed and consists of a 5 mm top plate and 4 mm fork legs.

Long lifespan

The polyurethane tire is highly resistant to rough surfaces such as concrete floors with steel shavings, and to dust, oil and other contaminants. The elastic ergo polyurethane ensures that the wheels roll smoothly over bumps.
