Cushioning tyre and sound-dampening

The narrow pneumatic tyre wheel is frequently used under serving trolleys, industrial equipment and in catering applications. The swivel castor with brake is suitable for rough surfaces. On flat surfaces, the pneumatic tyre provides excellent cushioning, allowing goods, crockery or other loads to be moved relatively silently. In addition, the pneumatic tyre is equipped with two precision ball bearings that offer very low rolling and impact resistance.

Maintenance

Over time, pneumatic tyres can deflate or get a puncture. To ensure a long lifespan, it is important that the load capacity of 50 kg is not exceeded and that the tyres are regularly inflated. Elastic rubber may be a possible maintenance-free alternative, but it will not have the same cushioning as a pneumatic tyre.

The swivel fork is completely maintenance-free. The swivel head is firmly riveted with minimal play. The galvanised swivel fork has a double ball race that is almost completely sealed and remains lubricated for its entire lifespan.
