The 250-mm fixed caster from Interwiel is characterized by a solid steel welded fork in combination with a robust polyamide wheel. These steel welded casters are particularly suitable for environments where the risk of collision with forklift trucks is high or in very rough conditions where reliability is crucial and a long lifespan is required.

The steel welded trestle fork consists of an 8 mm mounting plate that is firmly welded to the fork legs, making the construction highly resistant to lateral shocks. The trestle fork is yellow passivated, resulting in excellent corrosion resistance.

The polyamide wheel undergoes a precise injection molding process without air bubbles or uneven material distribution, resulting in wheels with a high load capacity and excellent impact and shock resistance. Equipped with double precision ball bearings, the heavy-duty fixed wheels offer low rolling resistance and high rolling continuity on flat surfaces.
