The 200 mm fixed caster consists of a very strong steel welded fork combined with a robust cast iron polyurethane wheel. The steel-welded fixed casters are particularly suitable for heavy-duty applications on uneven surfaces, where there is a high risk of collision with forklifts, or in very robust conditions where the risk of failure must be zero.

The steel-welded fork consists of an 8 mm mounting plate that is welded firmly to the fork legs. This makes the solid steel construction very resistant to lateral shocks. The fork is yellow passivated, which results in good corrosion resistance.

The wheel consists of a vulcanized polyurethane tire that is chemically bonded to the cast iron rim. The polyurethane tire is highly resistant to cracks and indentations. The heavy-duty fixed caster has double precision ball bearings, which, in combination with the polyurethane, creates a relatively low rolling resistance and high rolling continuity.
