The 150 mm fixed caster is composed of an extremely sturdy, steel welded fork combined with a robust polyamide wheel. These steel welded casters are ideal in situations with an increased risk of collisions with forklift trucks or in particularly robust environments where reliability is crucial, combined with a long lifespan.

The steel welded trestle fork has an 8 mm mounting plate that is firmly welded to the fork legs. This solid steel construction offers excellent resistance to lateral shocks. The trestle fork is yellow passivated, resulting in effective corrosion resistance.

The polyamide wheel is precision injection molded, without air bubbles or uneven material distribution, giving the wheels an impressive load capacity combined with high impact and shock resistance. The heavy-duty fixed castors are equipped with double precision ball bearings, which means the swivel castors offer minimal rolling resistance and a continuously smooth rolling experience on flat surfaces.
