The 300 mm fixed caster is composed of a sturdy welded steel fork combined with a robust polyamide wheel. These welded steel casters are particularly useful in situations with an increased risk of collisions with forklift trucks or in very demanding conditions where reliability is essential and a long service life is required.

The steel welded fork carriage has an 8 mm mounting plate that is welded firmly to the fork legs. This results in a solid steel construction that is extremely resistant to lateral shocks. In addition, the fork carriage has a yellow passivation layer, which ensures excellent corrosion resistance.

The polyamide heavy-duty wheel is injection molded with great precision, without air bubbles or uneven material distribution, giving the wheels a high load capacity combined with excellent impact and shock resistance. The wheels are equipped with double precision ball bearings, resulting in low rolling resistance and good rolling continuity on flat surfaces.
