The heavy-duty casters are designed for attachments used at speeds of up to 16 km per hour. These wheels are mainly used on outdoor surfaces such as grass, cobblestones or asphalt. The special rubber compound of the wheels provides excellent cushioning and wear resistance, making them suitable for intensive outdoor use. The wheels are mounted in an 8 mm thick, welded swivel fork. This combination with the elasticity of the rubber makes the whole resistant to vibrations, shocks and bumps.

For very harsh conditions

These casters are specifically designed for intensive use under heavy conditions. Thanks to its resistance to repeated shocks and loads, the rubber compound offers excellent cushioning and wear resistance. The steel rim hub is welded to withstand lateral forces. The welded swivel fork consists of an 8 mm thick turntable that rotates by means of an axial pivot bearing and a tapered roller bearing. The turntable is sealed, has no play and is firmly bolted with an M20 bolt and nut, secured with a spot weld. The wheels have high-quality precision ball bearings that can be re-lubricated via a grease nipple.

Rolling characteristics

These wheels are very user-friendly for applications that do not take place under harsh conditions. They have maintenance-free precision ball bearings, but can be re-lubricated if necessary via a grease nipple. The natural properties of elastic rubber result in low rolling and impact resistance. The wheels offer excellent shock absorption, minimal noise, and high wear and impact resistance.
