Shock and impact resistant

The reinforced swivel fork with polyamide wheel is suitable for intensive use. The heavy-duty swivel casters with brakes are perfect for heavily loaded transport carts that may experience shock loads and side impacts. The swivel fork has a double hardened ball race and is firmly riveted at multiple points, preventing play. The swivel castor has a short protruding brake that simultaneously blocks both the wheel and the swivel without play.

Wear-resistant and long lifespan

The polyamide wheel performs well on flat concrete floors with little dirt. Polyurethane is better suited for dirty or rough surfaces. Polyamide is hard and has low rolling resistance on clean, flat floors. More vibrations and noise can occur on rough surfaces. Polyamide is very wear- and impact-resistant. The reinforced 8 mm thick swivel is well lubricated and can be re-lubricated via the grease nipple. The thickened swivel is almost completely sealed and has a red dust ring as extra protection against dust and dirt.

Low rolling resistance

The hardness and slight convexity of the polyamide wheel ensure little contact surface with the ground, resulting in minimal friction. This leads to low rolling resistance and long rolling continuity. The wheels have a precision ball bearing (6204 ZZ) on both sides and are mounted stress-free.
