Shock and impact resistant

The reinforced swivel fork with polyamide wheel is designed for intensive use. The heavy-duty swivel castors with brakes are ideal for heavily laden transport trolleys that can be subjected to shock loads and side impacts. The swivel fork has a double hardened ball race and is firmly riveted at several points, preventing any play. The swivel wheel has a short protruding brake that simultaneously blocks both the wheel and the swivel without play.

Wear-resistant and long lifespan

The polyamide wheel works well on flat concrete floors with little dirt. Polyurethane is better suited for dirty or rough surfaces. Polyamide is hard and has low rolling resistance on clean, flat floors. More vibrations and noise can occur on rough surfaces. Polyamide is very wear- and impact-resistant. The reinforced 8 mm thick swivel ring is well lubricated and can be re-lubricated via the grease nipple. The thickened swivel ring is almost completely sealed and has a red dust ring as extra protection against dust and dirt.

Low rolling resistance

The hardness and slight convexity of the polyamide wheel ensure little contact surface with the surface below, resulting in minimal friction. This leads to low rolling resistance and long rolling continuity. The wheels have a precision ball bearing (6204 ZZ) on both sides and are mounted without tension.
