Resistance to shocks and bumps

The reinforced fixed caster combined with a robust polyurethane tire offers excellent performance in extreme conditions where intensive use tests the limits. These heavy-duty fixed casters are ideal for transport carts that handle heavy goods and can handle shock and peak loads. Although a powerful collision with a forklift truck can damage a fixed caster, they continue to function well in lighter collisions, on uneven surfaces and with occasional overloading.

Wear resistance and long lifespan

The polyurethane tire has a remarkable resistance to rough concrete floors where steel shavings, dust, oil and other contaminants may be present. This is due to the combination of the hardness of polyurethane and a certain elasticity, which leads to minimal wear when rubbing against rough surfaces.

Low rolling resistance

The natural properties of polyurethane result in little friction with the surface, which ensures low rolling resistance and long-term rolling continuity. Both sides of the wheels are equipped with precision ball bearings (6202 ZZ). Larger ball bearings than usual have been chosen to improve user-friendliness and rolling resistance.
