The 250 mm fixed caster from Interwiel combines an extremely sturdy, steel-welded fork with a robust cast iron polyurethane wheel. These steel welded fixed castors are particularly useful in demanding situations where there are bumps in the floor, there is a high risk of collisions with forklift trucks, or in very robust conditions where reliability is of the utmost importance.

The steel welded trestle fork has an 8 mm mounting plate, firmly welded to the fork legs. This solid steel construction offers excellent resistance to lateral shocks. The trestle fork is yellow passivated, resulting in excellent corrosion resistance.

The wheel is composed of a vulcanized polyurethane tire, firmly chemically bonded to the cast iron rim. The polyurethane tire is resistant to cracks and indentations. The heavy fixed wheels are equipped with double precision ball bearings, which, in combination with the polyurethane, realize a relatively low rolling resistance and a high rolling continuity. These fixed wheels are designed for optimal performance in demanding industrial environments.
