300 mm PU fixed castor with ball bearing - 2100 kg

The 300 mm heavy-duty fixed castor is composed of an extremely sturdy, steel welded fork in combination with a robust cast iron polyurethane wheel. These steel welded fixed castors are particularly suitable for heavy-duty applications involving transportation over uneven terrain, an increased risk of collisions with forklift trucks, or use under very robust conditions where downtime must be minimized.

The steel welded trestle fork has a solid 8 mm mounting plate, firmly welded to the fork legs. This gives the robust steel construction excellent resistance to lateral shocks. The trestle fork is yellow passivated, resulting in excellent corrosion resistance.

The wheel consists of a vulcanized polyurethane tire that is firmly chemically bonded to the cast iron rim. The polyurethane tire is highly resistant to cracks and notches. The wheels are equipped with double precision ball bearings, which in combination with the polyurethane makes for casters with a relatively low rolling resistance and a high rolling continuity.
