Resistant to shocks and bumps

The reinforced swivel fork combined with a thick polyurethane tire is robust for extreme situations involving heavy use. These heavy-duty casters are very suitable for transport carts that are used intensively with heavy goods, shock loads and peak loads. A caster can fail in the event of a hard collision with a forklift truck, but the wheels hold up well in lighter collisions, on irregular surfaces and sporadic overloads.

Wear-resistant and robust

The polyurethane tire is resistant to rough concrete floors where steel shavings, dust, oil and other contaminants are present. This is because polyurethane is both hard and elastic, which means it hardly wears at all when subjected to friction and contact with rough surfaces. The reinforced swivel is lubricated for its entire lifespan and sealed with a red dust ring that keeps out dirt and dust.

Smooth rolling

The natural properties of polyurethane ensure low friction with the surface, resulting in low rolling resistance and long-lasting rolling continuity. The wheels have a precision ball bearing (6202 ZZ) on both sides. In contrast to other comparable casters, a larger ball bearing has been chosen to improve user-friendliness and rolling resistance. The double ball race in the swivel head minimizes rolling resistance.
