Shock and impact resistant

The reinforced swivel fork combined with a thick polyurethane tire are "vandal-proof" for extreme situations where the limit is tested by robust use. These heavy-duty swivel casters are well suited for transport carts that have to endure heavy goods, shock loads and peak loads. However, a castor wheel can fail in the event of a hard collision with a forklift truck, but on the other hand, the castors will hold up well in the event of lighter collisions, on irregular surfaces and sporadic overloading.

Wear-resistant and long lifespan

The polyurethane tire is relatively insensitive to rough concrete floors where steel shavings, dust, oil and other dirt factors are present. This is because polyurethane is relatively hard, but also has a form of elasticity, which means it hardly wears at all when subjected to friction and contact with rough surfaces. The reinforced swivel is lubricated for its entire lifespan and sealed with a red dust ring that keeps dirt and dust out.

Low rolling resistance

The natural properties of polyurethane create low friction with the surface, resulting in low rolling resistance and long rolling continuity. The wheels have precision ball bearings (6204 ZZ) on both sides. Unlike other comparable castors, we have opted for a larger ball bearing to improve user-friendliness and rolling resistance. The double ball race in the swivel head reduces the swivel resistance to a minimum.
