Resistant to shocks and impacts

The reinforced swivel fork, combined with a thick polyurethane tire, is designed for intensive use of swivel casters. These heavy-duty swivel casters are ideal for transport carts that are heavily loaded and exposed to shock loads and side impacts. The swivel fork is equipped with a double hardened ball track, securely riveted at multiple points and therefore has no play.

Wear-resistant and long service life

The polyurethane tire is highly resistant to rough concrete floors with steel chips, dust, oil, and other contaminants. Polyurethane is relatively hard but also elastic, which means it hardly wears when rubbing against or coming into contact with rough surfaces. The reinforced swivel ring is well lubricated and can be relubricated via the grease nipple. The thickened swivel ring is almost completely sealed and has a red dust ring for extra protection against dust and dirt.

Low rolling resistance

Thanks to the natural properties of polyurethane, there is little friction with the ground, resulting in low starting resistance and long rolling continuity. The wheels are equipped with a precision ball bearing (6204 ZZ) on both sides.

Optional: directional lock

The heavy-duty swivel castors can be locked with a directional lock. This can be ordered as an option if you want the option of locking the swivel function and changing it to one direction, like a fixed castor. The directional lock is mounted under the top plate and can be operated from the base. When the directional lock is pressed and the application is moved, the mechanism automatically locks regardless of the position of the swivel fork.
