The polyurethane tread offers a combination of durability, low rolling resistance and quiet operation. In addition, the material is friendly to industrial floors such as concrete, epoxy and tiles. This makes it ideal for use in production halls, logistics centres, workshops and transport trolleys.

Suitable for intensive industrial use

The swivel fork is extra reinforced and designed for long-term use under harsh conditions. Together with the thick, ergonomically shaped polyurethane tyre, this ensures stable and shock-absorbing operation, even under high loads and constant vibrations or lateral forces.

The swivel head has a double, hardened ball track that ensures smooth rotation, even under heavy loads. Thanks to the multi-riveted construction, the swivel fork remains securely attached, without play, even after intensive use over long periods.

This wheel construction is ideal for heavy-duty transport trolleys, glass racks and other mobile systems in production and logistics environments where reliability is important.

Optional directional lock

The 200 mm swivel castor can be fitted with a directional lock, which temporarily blocks the swivel function. This allows the wheel to move straight ahead, similar to a fixed castor. The lock is mounted under the top plate and can be easily activated with the foot. During travel, the mechanism locks automatically, regardless of the position of the swivel head, ensuring a fixed direction of travel.
