Reduced rolling resistance for effortless transport

Thanks to its slightly convex tread, this swivel castor rolls up to 20% more easily than castors with a flat profile. This requires less physical effort, even under heavy loads. This makes the castor suitable for intensive use in production halls, logistics centres and workshops.

Forward brake

The wheel is equipped as standard with a forward brake that locks both the wheel and the fork securely without play. The brake is located at the front of the fork so that there are no protruding parts when pushing. This reduces the risk of injury and increases ease of use.

The extra reinforced swivel fork, the robust polyurethane tyre and the double hardened ball bearing in the swivel head ensure stable, smooth operation, even under heavy loads. The multiple latch connection increases reliability and contributes to a long service life.

Optional: directional lock for extra control

For situations where straight guidance is required, the wheel can be fitted with a directional lock. This locks the swivel movement, allowing the wheel to run straight ahead like a fixed wheel. The lock is mounted under the top plate and locks automatically, regardless of the position of the fork, and is easy to operate with the foot.
