Resistant to shocks and impacts

The fixed castors are characterized by their robustness and resistance to shocks and impacts. The reinforced fixed fork, combined with a strong black elastic rubber band, makes these wheels suitable for situations where very intensive use is the norm. They are mainly used under transport carts that have to withstand heavy loads, shock loads and peak loads. Although a heavy collision with a forklift truck can cause the fixed caster to fail, it continues to perform excellently in lighter collisions, on uneven terrain and with sporadic overloads.

Excellent cushioning

What characterizes these castor wheels is their excellent shock absorption thanks to the elastic tire. Suitable for various surfaces, the solid elastic rubber tire excels with ease on uneven terrain. The softness of the tire absorbs shocks and vibrations. However, after a long period of inactivity combined with load, the tread may flatten slightly.

Low rolling resistance

The wheels are equipped with precision ball bearings on both sides (6204 2RS). What distinguishes them from comparable fixed wheels is the deliberate choice for larger ball bearings, resulting in excellent user-friendliness and low rolling resistance. Thanks to the natural elasticity of rubber, the wheel springs slightly under load, which leads to the release of energy during rolling. This ensures low rolling resistance and a smooth rolling motion.
