Resistant to shocks and bumps

The reinforced swivel fork in combination with a robust black elastic rubber tyre makes these castors vandal-proof for conditions in which heavy use is the norm. Ideal for transport trolleys that have to withstand heavy loads, shock loads and peak loads. A castor wheel may fail in the event of a hard collision with a forklift truck, but they continue to perform well in lighter collisions, on uneven terrain and with sporadic overloads.

Excellent cushioning

The elastic tyre is suitable for flat concrete floors, but excels especially on uneven terrain. The solid elastic rubber tyre is relatively soft and absorbs shocks and vibrations effortlessly. After long periods of inactivity and under heavy loads, the tread may flatten slightly. The reinforced swivel ring remains lubricated throughout its lifespan and is sealed with a red dust ring to keep out dirt and dust.

Low rolling resistance

The wheels are equipped with precision ball bearings on both sides (6204 2RS). Unlike comparable castors, we have deliberately chosen larger ball bearings, which makes them extremely user-friendly and minimises rolling resistance. The natural elasticity of rubber ensures that the wheel bounces back slightly under load. This results in the release of energy during rolling, which ensures low collision resistance and long-term rolling continuity.
