Resistant to shocks and bumps

The reinforced swivel fork, in combination with a strong black elastic rubber band, makes these braked castors very robust, especially in circumstances where intensive use is the norm. They are suitable for transport carts that must withstand heavy loads, shock loads and peak loads. Although a castor wheel may fall off in the event of a heavy collision with a forklift truck, they continue to perform exceptionally well in lighter collisions, on uneven terrain and in the event of sporadic overloading.

Excellent cushioning

The elastic tire is not only suitable for flat concrete floors, but excels especially on uneven terrain. The solid elastic rubber tire is relatively soft and absorbs shocks and vibrations without difficulty. Even after long periods of inactivity and under heavy loads, the tread retains its quality, although it may flatten slightly. The reinforced swivel ring remains lubricated throughout its entire lifespan and is sealed with a red dust ring to keep out dirt and dust.

Low rolling resistance

The wheels are equipped with precision ball bearings on both sides (6204 2RS). In contrast to comparable casters, we have deliberately chosen larger ball bearings, which results in excellent user-friendliness and rolling resistance. Due to the natural elasticity of rubber, the wheel springs back slightly under load. This leads to the release of energy during rolling, resulting in low rolling resistance and a continuously smooth rolling movement throughout the entire lifespan.
