The 50 mm rubber wheel has a thermoplastic rubber tyre, also known as TPR. The wheel has a 21 mm rim diameter and can easily be mounted on a 6 mm axle. The grey rubber tyre is injected around a plastic rim. The wheel bearing has a centred ball bearing, which keeps rolling resistance low. The dynamic load capacity is 50 kg and it is temperature resistant from -20 to +60°.

TPR wheels are very suitable for light applications that are driven on a flat or slightly rough surface. An important characteristic of a thermoplastic wheel is that it is wear-resistant, resulting in a long lifespan. The wheels are also odourless and relatively insensitive to damage. One of the biggest advantages is that, unlike plastic wheels, the noise level is considerably reduced with a TPR rubber tyre. This makes for a more pleasant situation for you, your employees or end users. The TPR wheels have a hardness of approx. 88 Shore A, which provides some cushioning to allow you to easily drive over slightly uneven floors. With very frequent use, it also prevents the formation of tracks on floors. TPR wheels are versatile because they have the right properties to consistently move light equipment, furniture and carts.
