Silent and noiseless

The pneumatic tyre wheel is often used on serving trolleys, industrial equipment and in catering applications. The swivel castor with brake is suitable for rough surfaces. On flat surfaces, the pneumatic tyre provides excellent cushioning, allowing goods, crockery and other loads to be moved silently. The pneumatic tyre has two precision ball bearings that ensure low rolling and impact resistance.

Maintenance

Over time, pneumatic tyres can deflate or get a puncture. To ensure a long lifespan, it is important that the load capacity of 50 kg is not exceeded and that the tyres are regularly inflated. A possible maintenance-free option is elastic rubber, although this does not offer the same cushioning as a pneumatic tyre.

The swivel fork is completely maintenance-free. The swivel head is firmly riveted with minimal play. The galvanised swivel fork has a double ball race that is almost completely sealed and remains lubricated for its entire lifespan. The plastic brake simultaneously blocks the swivel and the wheel without play. The brake has a rubber part that absorbs the force during braking, which prevents wear to the brake.
