The pneumatic tyre wheel is suitable for serving trolleys, industrial equipment and catering applications. This pneumatic swivel castor with brake performs excellently on rough surfaces. On flat surfaces, the pneumatic tyre provides effective cushioning, allowing goods, crockery and other loads to be moved quietly. The pneumatic tyre is equipped with two precision ball bearings that ensure low rolling and impact resistance.

Maintenance

Over time, pneumatic tyres can deflate or get a puncture. To ensure a long lifespan, it is important that the load capacity of 50 kg is not exceeded and that the tyres are regularly inflated. Elastic rubber can be a maintenance-free option, but does not offer the same cushioning as a pneumatic tyre.

The swivel fork requires no maintenance. The swivel head is firmly riveted with minimal play. The galvanised swivel fork has a double ball race that is almost completely sealed and remains lubricated throughout its entire lifespan. The synthetic brake simultaneously blocks the rotating ring and the wheel without play. A rubber part in the brake absorbs the force during braking and prevents wear to the brake.
